Great follow up service, great wines
Majestic it appears not only have the best range of wines (in my opinion) but also the best follow up service should any hiccups occur.

Excellent and efficient service from Kyle
I nipped into Nottingham Majestic this afternoon to get some wine for my wine group's next 2 tastings. I usually take a while browsing but was in a hurry today and asked Kyle for assistance. He was brilliant - listened to what I wanted, asked the price level I was thinking of, made suggestions and found wines for me speedily, and all with a smile on his face.
His knowledge of the stock was first class and he had lots of helpful ideas.
Well done Kyle - a pleasure to shop with you. I shall, of course, be back (far too often probably)

Not really a 'No Quibble Guarantee'
Ordered a bunch of sparkling wine (Graham Beck) for a celebration only to realise that it tasted off after opening the wine. Tried raising this issue with the team and eventually got a partial refund but was definitely not a 'No Quibble Guarantee' process with loads of back and forth and them not believing me that the wine was off. So would not recommend
Nice people in the local stores, just don't order online.
If you wish to purchase a lot of wine online from Majestic, my advice is to pick the wine from their website and then email the list to your local store. Then speak to them and arrange delivery. This has proven fail-safe for years.
Alternatively, order delivery online from the website. This will always go wrong. Despite knowing this, under pressure I did just that this week. Given the choice of "I want to sign for this" or "Leave in a safe place", I picked the 'sign for' option, assured that if I wasn't in then delivery would be attempted at another time. Nonsense. The driver did neither: he just dumped >£300 wine on the doorstep and left. In clear view of the street. Baffling.

Excellent service. Mistakenly paid for next day delivery and not only was this refunded but they went ahead and got it to me in 24 hours. Superb. Special mention for the Totnes store and the gentleman that helped Chris.

Simple order of a decent bottle of wine to be delivered to a company in Essex ,no email to say delivery was on the way ( as promised in their terms ) incorrect delivery note produced by Majestic, the gift was not taken to the place I clearly specified.
Many emails later with no support whatsoever from their staff who seemed to regard my instructions incorrect when they clearly were not, the gift was eventually found. Majestic staff couldn't care less, they will get no more business from me

Majestic is expensive
I find Majestic expensive, although I did buy Miraval Rose (who doesn’t love sunshine and Brad Pitt in the same mouthful?) recently at a penny under £15 for a minimum of six bottles. However, many of Majestic’s single bottle prices are higher for the same product in supermarkets. Taking advantage of a Tesco Clubcard offer reducing the Tesco single bottle price from £22 per bottle (Majestic single bottle price is a whopping £26.95) to £19 PLUS a further 25% off a minimum of six bottles) I paid £14.25 per bottle (minimum six bottles) today in Tesco. Brilliant! Happy days!! Compare that price with Majestic’s six bottle price of £22.99. Clearly, no contest.
Great service Nottingham store
Had an excellent experience at Nottingham Majestic on Castle Boulevard. Buying for a party, Joe helped us with wine choosing, giving us the opportunity to taste a variety and tease out what we really liked within our budget. No pressure selling which was great. Also, helped us with all our glassware needs. All staff members (Kyle and female colleague) were really friendly too. Thank you

My Wines section on website a waste of space
I'm a fan of the shop and would normally give 4-5 stars. However, I started to use the website recently. My hope was that I could order (and that went fine) and then the site would help me to track what I had ordered previously and reorder with out fuss. The 'My Wines' section looked perfect and seems to be intended to list out the wines I've previously ordered. This sort of reordering is old hat for the supermarket websites. I had hoped to take my previous £200 order and repeat with a few modifications. However 'My Wines' does nothing! Nothing listed, no explanation of why not. I can see my old orders but I can't click to chose to reorder. Now not sure if I'll continue with Majestic or switch to a supermarket. An earlier response to a similar complaint a year ago said you were going to fix this.

Top range, top staff.
Whenever I have requested a wine I can't spot, the (Northallerton) staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. I keep going back, and will continue to do so.

A wide range of good quality products priced to suit most pockets.
My usual place to buy wine, their no quibble guarantee makes it good option when trying something new.
